Free Ground Shipping Policy  
Amamax.com proudly offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders. Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A.    

APO/FPO Military Post and PO Boxes  , orders can only be shipped to APO/FPO and PO boxes via USPS Mail.
Rates will be calculated based on weight and location. Order tracking is not available for USPS Mail. Free shipping offer does not apply. 
Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii , residents of AK, HI and Puerto Rico will be required to pay additional shipping fees per method. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Free Shipping offer does not apply.     

Orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Central Standard Time will be processed within 1 - 3 business day. Express processing options can be found from individual item for an additional charge. Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved and your shipping address is verified. If you have a special shipping request or would like to expedite the delivery of your order, please select the option from shipping Method or Contact us and we'll be happy to accomodate you.

International Orders 
We proudly ship worldwide with UPS, FedEx and DHL. For all International orders, brokerage fees and duties are not include in your order. You must pay the Carries fees/duties at the time when the package is delivered.

If you choose International Flat Rate shipping option. 
Orders that are 20 lbs and up that cannot fit in the flat rate box will be billed at actual cost.  Flat rate boxes measure 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" (27cm x 21cm x 14 cm).

Return Policy
When shipping an item for replacement or return, make sure the RMA number is clearly printed on the box. Packages not having an RMA number will be returned unopened and postage due.
To obtain an RMA number, please fill out the form below or email rma@amamax.com
with the information.
Cash refunds will only be provided for 30 days from date of delivery.
It is required that anything with an exposed circuit board be shipped in a static bag. Failure to pack an item in a static bag and packing material (padding) will automatically void the warranty.
Please send back all boxes, manuals, and anything that came with the item. Failure to return the complete contents and box in good condition may result in a fee being assessed.
Retail boxed motherboards and CPU's as well as all hard drives and monitors must be RMA 'd to the manufacturer, not Amamax.
Replacement items will be shipped via ground service unless you

to request a faster service. For a faster service a fee may apply.
It is strongly suggested that all RMA's shipped to us be insured for at least the original value of the item to minimize the potential financial loss. Packages that look damaged will be refused. Upon receipt of an item you should keep the original shipping materials for return shipping.
Amamax does not refund shipping charges. Items damaged due to return with no filler will not be warranteed even if DOA This is because physical damage voids the warranty.
Open or otherwise used software will not be accepted for refund or credit. In order to return software the box it arrived in must be refused. if the shipping box is opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
Items damaged in shipping to our customers should be retained by the customer so that a damage claim can be made to the shipping agent and NOT returned to us unless we specifically request it.
