Amamax.com accepts purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, government institutions and other organizations.

In order to ship your order, the followings are required.

  • Valid Purchase Order Form on School, Government institutions Letterhead
  • Complete Billing Information
  • Complete Shipping Information
  • Contact Person's Name, Phone Number and Email Address
  • Authorized Signature and Position of Signer

NOTE: All orders less than $500.00 must be placed online and paid via credit card.

Steps to submit your purchase order:

  1. To authorize the purchase, you need to fax a formal P.O. with a cover letter on a school letterhead to (281)791-0429.
  2. Please include an e-mail address on the P.O. if you want to receive e-mail notification of your shipment and tracking number.
  3. Our Federal ID# is 76-0499634. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@amamax.com or call us at (281)501-2943

Purchase orders with credit card payment will be processed immediately upon receipt; Purchase order with check payment will be invoiced with Net 30 terms, and processed the 3-5 business day after receipt of purchase order. A hardcopy invoice will be mailed at the same time as the shipment.

NOTE: We have the right to refuse any PO that doesn't meet our criteria.
